A San Angelo native, LaBecca is an active member of her community, at both
the local and professional levels. She is currently a member of the following

LaBecca earned her B.A. from Angelo State University in 2006, where she
majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Government. She then went on
to obtain her J.D. from St. Mary’s School of Law in 2009. After
law school, she worked as a landman in South Texas before accepting a
position as Title Attorney, and eventually transitioning to a role in
Midland that allowed her to work with oil companies and contract landman,
during which time she specialized in drafting acquisitions, drilling,
and division order title opinions.
