At Smith, Rose, Finley, Harp & Price, P.C., we are experienced with litigation as well as alternative means of dispute resolution. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), the process of resolving legal conflicts without going to trial, is often the most efficient way to handle a legal issue.
We have extensive expertise in determining when a form of ADR is in the best interest of clients and will meet their needs more efficiently than traditional litigation. One of the attorneys in our law firm, George Finley, is a qualified and certified mediator. Mr. Finley has been at the forefront of mediation efforts, and works with our clients to provide guidance in all aspects of ADR.
Our firm frequently hosts mediation and arbitrations, as we have a number of conference areas suitable to accommodate the various parties that might be involved in a given case. All of our attorneys are well-versed and experienced with dispute resolution, and we make sure that all our clients' legal issues are resolved in the manner that best fits their interests and their goals.
